On Tuesday 29th July, a group from Procurement Services spent the day volunteering their services at Kenward Trust, learning about the vital work they do to support those struggling with addictions, as well as those experiencing homelessness.

The team got stuck in with various gardening and site cleaning jobs, such as hedge cutting, sweeping leaves and making the site tidy, as well as helping to paint an outdoor equipment set. They also had the opportunity to tour the site and meet some of the farm animals!

It was a day of hard but highly rewarding work, giving back to a trust that does so much and helps so many people every day, a great opportunity for the team that was valued by all.
